“Strengthening the capacity of PCU and DG IB / OIR POS DRU to achieve verification visits on the spot (site visits, monitoring, ex-post) the operations financed under the HRD priority axes of SOP HRD 2007-2013 ” was developed in the ‘framework agreement for technical assistance DG PCU / ​​IB SOP HRD to achieve spot checks on operations financed under HRD and administrative checks of applications for reimbursement / payment.”

The overall objective of Lot 1 – “Strengthening the capacity of PCU and DG IB / OIR POS DRU to achieve verification visits on the spot (site visits, monitoring, ex-post) the operations financed under the HRD priority axes 1-6 SOP HRD 2007-2013 “- was strengthening the capacity of PCU and DG IB / OIR POS DRU to achieve verification visits on the spot (site visits, monitoring, ex-post) on operations financed under SOP HRD within the priority axis 1 -6 SOP HRD 2007-2013.

Results achieved:

• A maximum of 1,488 on-site verification visits;
• Checks carried out in accordance with the methodology of verification and compliance with EU regulations, national legislation and the operational procedure of spot verification issued by DG PCU;
• Developed and approved verification reports for the checks carried out.
